Computer & laptop repair
in Sussex County

Mac and PC help for slow computers, freezing, startup problems and hardware concerns. Tell us what is happening—we will help you work out the right next step.

Tell us what your computer is doing

You do not need to know the technical cause. Tell us what you see: does it turn on, show an error, freeze during use or run slowly? We ask a few useful questions before recommending a service.

For a computer that will not start, drop-off service is the normal route. Bring the laptop power adapter too. If bringing it in is difficult, ask about premium pickup and delivery, including help disconnecting and reconnecting the equipment.

Laptop batteries, screens and upgrades

We handle supported computer battery and screen replacements, RAM and SSD upgrades, and other computer work after reviewing the device and repair. A model number helps us identify the correct procedure when parts are involved.

If you cannot find the model, you can send a clear photo of the label on the bottom or back. Remove sensitive information from any photo first. Some repairs need staff approval before an appointment is booked; parts and compatibility are confirmed separately.

Service with a clear plan

We explain the service and price before you commit. Repairs that need parts may require review and ordering, so a drop-off appointment is not a promise that the computer will be finished the same day.

We serve Long Neck, Millsboro and surrounding Sussex County communities. Our drop-off location is shared with your appointment details; visits are by appointment.

Questions before you get started

Do I need my model number for every computer problem?

No. We ask for it when identifying parts or a device-specific repair. For slow performance, suspected viruses or general startup troubleshooting, start by describing the symptoms.

Do you repair phone or tablet screens?

No. We do not replace phone or tablet screens, batteries or internal parts. We do help with software, email configuration and slowness issues.

Do you keep chargers and parts in stock?

No. Everything is ordered as needed. For an immediate cable, charger or adapter, Walmart is where we typically suggest checking.
